- Navigating projects, inventories and workflows
- Hands-on Lab: Set up an organisation hierarchy and user roles in your OneTrust environment
Day 2:Data mapping & inventory
- Assets, processing activities and vendors
- Building the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA)
- Data elements, categories and cross-border transfers
- Automated data discovery overview
- Hands-on Lab: Build a data inventory and generate a RoPA for a fictional company
Day 3:Assessments: PIA & DPIA
- Assessment templates and questionnaire logic
- Running PIAs and DPIA’s
- Risk identification, scoring and remediation
- Approval workflows and reporting
- Hands-on Lab: Complete a DPIA for a new product launch and track the resulting risks

- Hands-on Lab: Scan a website, categorise cookies and publish a compliant consent banner
